NPC-001: Professor Blackthorn

Professor L.Blackthorn is the current leading Pokemon expert in the Reignsrest Region. Having gotten his degrees in Biology when he was a fresh scientist, he moved to Reignsrest to take a position with their Groveheart team. Rising through the ranks and proving himself through the years he became the lead professor and soon the rest of the far spread stations turned to him for guidance. With the release of Pokemon Fusions in the wild, He has been given a lot of work to do documenting all the forms these unusual creatures can take. The city leaders tend to ask Blackthorn for guidance regarding Pokemon matters.
