Kage is a loud name around Brookfell, his reach stretches most of the lower rings along with his ownership of The Spill- an underground fighting ring. Kage has no love for people or Pokemon, seeing them as tools though he does see their value...in money. He partakes in black market trading and selling of Pokemon and has created himself an 'elite' team of his own. He has no Partner Pokemon and the ones he carries often cycle as he removes weakness from his team. 

Kage joined Cynic as a way for him to get revenge on those who have wronged him by using their reach and technology. In return, he gives them his muscle and influence over Brookfell. Kage cannot be reasoned with and any attempts to do so will have him laugh at you.
