Yardstick is an absolutely delightful little pup. He wants nothing more than to be helpful and shower everyone he meets in love and affection.

The pokemon was gifted to Bandit by his younger sister after his previous 'partner-in-crime' passed away due to old age. Yardstick has a long way to go if he wants Bandit to accept him, but oh boy, is he excited to try his very best for his new human! It is, after all, a lovely human! The best human! His human!

Yardstick only has three legs, hence the name. It was given to him out of spite, as Bandit was quite upset that he couldn't get rid of a gift from his baby sister and now has to keep the silly little thing. He's decided not to waste what precious little money he's got on a prosthetic leg for the pup, given than it's definitely going to have to evolve if it's going to stick around. 

And honestly? Yardstick seems perfectly capable on three legs. He's not deterred by his defect in the slightest.
