P-071: Pixel

Pokedex Entry: This pokemon feeds off the natural static electricity generated by human beings and other pokemon. It can sense their auras and will attach themselves to their "favorite" sources. If all else fails, they will accumulate on buildings to feed off energy.

Personality: Pixel is never far when Mylar is concerned, often hanging about in his pockets or hair. Unusually small, even for a Joltik, his attitude and gumption make up for his size in droves. Not afraid to pick fights with things a thousand times bigger than himself, this little guy is all bite (in the form of a well placed shock) and barely audible bark.
