Profile P-359: Raith

Raith is completely blind and uses echolocation to typically find out where he's going. Sometimes though, he'll just yell. This isn't for echolocation, but rather to get attention. As soon as someone tells them to shut up, they'd simply just run over to get picked up and coddled.
