History:
Upon becoming a fused pokemon, Rika's inner gyarados instincts awakened early, leading to her displaying increased aggression and becoming carnivorous. Mera was wandering along lillypad swamp when she was feeding wild pokemon. Rika after being fed, demanded more. Having a Chiorkarp on your lap is very charming, as Mera decided to catch Rika. While energetic, Rika has been fairly well behaved, especially in comparison to some of Mera's other pokemon.

Personality:
Rika is a spunky little pokemon. She's real energetic and playful. She loves company, she's always trying to get the pokemon and trainers around her to play with her.

Quirks:
*Has a habit of nibbling on people and objects, has been trained to not do it too hard.
*Will jump on your lap and rub against you to get your attention.
*Will follow you around the house making animal noises along the way.
*Has the energy of a puppy.
