Personality: Very ditzy and air headed. It can sometimes be brought into question if there's a single thought inside that head of hers. Luma's overall very easygoing and generally in a good mood.

History: Mera went to have lunch. Luma was just staring at Mera blankly, the entire time, start to finish. Luma didn't move when Mera was offering wild pokemon food. Didn't move when another wild pokemon knocked it over. Mera walked by Luma as she was throwing away the waste, when she grew concerned. Mera waved her hand in front of Luma, prompting a very delayed response of slowly rolling away. Mera thought something was wrong so she carried Luma to the doctors. The doctors confirmed that Luma would not survive if let back into the wild. So Mera caught Luma.

Quirks:
*Will forget it's eating a berry in the middle of eating it. Mera has to check for rotten berries in Luma's cheeks because she forgets to eat them.
*Has a reaction time of about 5 seconds. Even then reacts slowly.
*Is that pet that just, doesn't care.
