T-010: Lukas

Lukas doesn't remember much of his childhood, but he did grow up on the ocean coastline of Rivertide. He would travel far with just an old surfboard, snorkle and goggles, gathering trinkets and similar items from the sea floors and forming collections by his own means. They were mostly just bits of trash, nothing really to be used or sold, but he found value in the ones he collected over time due to the pokemon and interactions he gained with ongoing travelers. During the time of the Nera's release, the man was someone who was lost at sea early on, confined to small portions of land in attempts to escape The Nothing. He didn't know of the explosion due to his lack of connection to the world they all lived in, but he gained access to being fused early on due to the widespread release. Quite frankly, he took it with open stride, believing the sea had chosen him and adapted him to the waters.. until he found similar bodies that explained to him what was going on.

 

Over time he found himself in the waters close to Sylvangloam, clutching broken pieces of a fishing boat during a particular bad storm.

 

He holds high regard to any perm fusion Trainer, knowing now what it took to connect to the Nera and has come to accept those with similar physical changes. Lukas does has trouble leaving the sea after his extreme reliance on it, but will still do so if absolutely needed.

 

- Perm Fused with Eelektross Nera that has changed his body into mermaid-like form with eel aesthetics.

- His suppressor is old and unbalanced, leading to his legged form bearing a lot of characteristics from his fused form.

- Tattoos he's earned are sharp dark blues that almost look black. Their meanings are currently unknown, but he will typically make up stories on the spot of their importance.

- The neck piece he wears is removable but fairly uncommon. Built to allow him to swim deeper in the dwells without resurfacing for air, it uses an internal system to continuously give him oxygen by consistently cycling the water. It still has it's limitations though and typically pulses when he needs to resurface. 

- Current Residence is an old lighthouse tower that has crumbled partially into the sea. It has a docking station for legged travelers and a large space within to swim or rest.
