History:
Tala was born in the wondrous city of Rivertide to her father Otto but never got to meet her mother.
She had a very happy and peaceful childhood. With her father being a well-known organizer for the local festivals, Tala quickly became enraptured by them.
She wanted to participate in any that she could later become a continuous volunteer at most of the future festivals.

In her late childhood and early teen years, she found her love of jewelry and started to make her own pieces.
With this new passion building, she continued to create, despite it costing her the chance to gain her first Pokemon and become an official Pokemon Trainer. Once she became old enough to do so, she started up her own online business to sell her creations and made it into her full-time job.

When Tala was around 25, she was walking back to her home when she spotted a sickly baby Meowth/Magikarp fusion in an alleyway. Not wanting to leave the small Pokemon to die, she brought him home and nurtured him back to health and later on decided to keep the now energetic and fun-loving Pokemon.
Now with a successful career and a silly partner Pokemon, Tala continues to live in Rivertide and live the best life she can.

At festivals, when Tala isn't volunteering, she will set up a stand and sell her jewelry.
While keeping half of the money she makes, she always makes sure to donate the other half of her earnings to the community.
Tala is a very hard-working woman, but it can sometimes come at the cost of her sleeping schedule.
She's a massive plant lover and collector and has many beautiful potted plants all over her small house
