History:
Arlo grew up around Grovehart most of their life while being able to venture across the cities long before the fog arrived. Since childhood they've been traveling, running side gigs in attempts to keep the income coming in. On the side they would take time to specialize in bio and tech wear by their own means and curiosity, as well as learning how to skate and travel by much smaller devices. This hyper-focus came with the idea of getting around vehicles to transport across the cities, as the bustling energy made travel a headache and a half and newer vehicles being far more than what they could afford.

On their long travels they've been sighted singing to themselves and talking to their own creation, an AI bunnymod that allows them to setup their own online station of streaming music and choice of tunes with the casual addition of their voice while on the road. Though they don't personally sing or make music themselves, they happily speak about the current events across the cities, push their own playlists including indie creators, and give a more humbled insight on current events around Reignsrest.
