History:
With the fact Wintervale is mostly cut off from the surrounding world, Quill mainly tends to the residents' Pokemon, with the very occasional traveling trainer showing up rarely.
Quill has little contact with his family anymore, after a huge fight when they were just fine with their lot in life and didn't strive to make any of their dreams or ambitions come true. Yes, his weren't the loftiest goals, but he obtained them through his hard work.
Fun Facts:
- Quill got his eyes and ears enhanced at the same point - he was born mostly blind and deaf. The procedures were ultimately successful, though his eyes can be very sensitive at times so he usually carries a pair of sunglasses at all times. On rough days, he will even wear these indoors.
- Quill's hands were both burned extremely badly when he was very, very young by an elder's Torkoal. Quill bears no illwill towards the Pokemon - he knows he was a foolish child and had startled the Pokemon, though he is still very hesitant around most fire fusions that bear a Torkoal half
- If Quill sees any type of abuse (mainly Pokemon or such), he will do his utmost best to put an end to it. It hasn't been bad thus far, but he is not afraid to do less than legal means to stop it.
