History:

Originally from Brookfell, Altair moved wintervale to escape the horrible memories of his family's treatment. He is quiet, very quiet, speaking to almost no one in his neighborhood and preferring to spend time in the wild. His quietness is considered an asset to his clients as he will never give Intel shared. As for his partner pokemon, its the only Pokémon he can bond with, though it would seem they just ignore each other. But, even if they don't seem to be connected, they work together beautifully.
