A bit of a loose cannon when it comes to "will he or won't he", though generally an okay guy once you get to know him.  He has a very carefree and stubborn personality that doesn't lend itself well to working, or playing well, with others. Despite this he is very intelligent, absolutely relentless when in the pursuit of something, a wizard with technology, and not a completely friend to have - especially if you get in trouble a lot. He lives above a bar in Brookfell called the Sound Wave, where he DJs and mixes when he's got nothing better to do with himself. He prefers to remain lowkey in lifestyle, and will sometimes pick up odd jobs around the city just to prove he exists in it. He dresses simply so he doesn't draw any gazes, and despite his cybernetic eyes due to past trauma - he doesn't go staring people in the eye to freak them out even though he really wants to. He doesn't stand out walking down the street, and that's exactly how he wants it.
