History:
Azalea originates from the comfortable Johto region, his small family and original partner pokemon, a strong Meganium, reside there peacefully. He is the son of two flower shop owners who specialize in grass type pokemon, fostering injured pokemon that cross their path and supply a beautiful amount of region-safe plants to promote a healthier environment. With the carefree attitude of his parents, traveling became deeply rooted in his blood, motivating him to venture in every crook and cranky there is the region could offer. Soon enough as he grew older and independent, he had ventured off onto other regions with his previous partner pokemon. On one occasion he had departed into a brand new, never before seen region that had been speculated to be full of mystery and surprises. He had spent a good year or two on this land before departing from it, leaving behind many friends he had met on the island and bringing new ones home. Namely, a team of 6 pokemon he had fondly cared for during his time on the island.

He had a small vacation from traveling and staying with his family to catch up, telling them of his ventures over the years he’s been away. He’s taken affinity to loads of new pokemon and the sights he saw opened up new pathways… his parents almost didn’t believe him at some points, though he couldn’t blame them. Some of it felt like some fantastical tall tale that someone made up. After this small break from traveling, he had taken interest in Reignsrest, a luxurious region separated into four cities with its own cultural charms. Partaking his leave once more to tend to his unquenching thirst of adventure, Azalea headed out to the city of Groveheart, attracted to its lush environment. He enjoyed relaxing there studying the biome, its pokemon, and much more the region’s city had to offer. Though, one’s venturing in the biome hadn’t been in the favor of  Azalea for long.

At one point in his ventures of the city’s lush forest, at the age of 24, he had gotten himself too lost in Sylvangloam, entranced by the luminescence. This had led him to endure an event that caused him to lose many of his precious pokemon he had called family and to this day is still in search of those he had lost, the only remaining cast of this party being Yoshi. 

Trivia 

• He has explored all of Johto, Kanto, and a mysterious island outside of public knowledge

• As a young child, he had always had an positive affiliation with gardens as he would tend them with his mother’s grass pokemon alongside him

• He rescued a shiny runt rattata on a winter night from an attacking Fearow

• Knows WAY too much about berries and can spot a perfectly ripe berry ready for picking
