Belial has been walking this earth for longer than he'd like to admit. Born and raised in Rivertide before all of the fog business, he made a name for himself as an entertainer. His band, The Omens, became a regionwide sensation when he was barely twenty years old, and their fame and fortune has carried him throughout his life. Due to anti-aging cybernetics and treatments, that few can afford, Belial has managed to maintain a more youthful appearance in many regards - which he uses to his advantage. He also has cybernetic implants in his chest and neck to keep him performing, and enhancing his voice and experience. Belial is not afraid to show off, and he lives in the limelight as often as he can. He will go to great lengths to protect his image and brand, which often makes him a loose cannon. He has the money afford the best lawyers though, so for the most part he's remained unctouchable.
