Physical Description:
Rylei sports long, wild white hair decorated by a few vibrant red streaks. Her eyes are a golden-orange tone complimented by a slightly tanned complexion of one who thrives outdoors. She is rarely ever seen without her traveling bag, which is mostly home to various mismatched necessities. A small flashlight that can be shaken to illuminate and a dangling little Eevee keychain dangle off the zipper of her bag.

Living in Grovehart, she sticks to pants and hiking boots for the underbrush and keeps a waterproof coat tucked away in her bag, just in case. But when traveling through the shopping districts, she can’t help but notice various things she might just need down the road. If her bag wasn’t already constantly stuffed, she might just help herself.

Due to her wandering eyes and general notoriety for jumping into fights with very little provocation, avid shop keepers observe her with a wary eye. Even if she isn’t exactly known for having sticky fingers, she has broken a few things and isn’t exactly known for being able to pay for damages out of pocket.

History:
The year before Rylei turned 18, all hell broke loose. And that was putting it mildly. The ripple of chaos to follow swept over Grovehart and hit her family particularly hard. Like most folk, her parents believed as the King of old believed, and maybe even took it a step farther, nearly worshiping Legendary Pokemon. But all Rylei learned from countless nights of praying was that no one was answering. Things only continued to get worse and tension grew between her and her family as she started to drip with frustration. Frustration which led to anger and bitter comments.

"If Legendary Pokemon are so great, where are they now?"

"If Legendary Pokemon are so powerful, what have they done to help anyone besides themselves?"

No one had answers other than to tell Rylei to be mindful and respect greater powers than she could ever understand.

She took that as a challenge and moved out as soon as she had scrapped up enough cash for Pokeballs.

A Pokemon was a Pokemon, and if the Legends weren’t going to use their powers to fix the world, she would just have to make them, and sell any Pokemon she didn’t find helpful to her cause.
