Strawberry red eyes were normally hidden beneath long white bangs that swooped over her brow, styled almost exactly like that of an Absol's normal swooped wave. Hair is coarse rather than soft, as though it reacted unkindly to treatments to keep it that color. Skin was pale, like the underside of an eggshell, and likewise; her face was like the shape of an egg itself, very smooth and lacking angular edges. She was narrow, but limber, as though used to climbing, lifting machinery or hard labor in general, and only recently was her body changed to resemble that of a poke'mon. The huge claws of an Absol emerged both from her hands and feet, severely limiting what had been very valuable dexterity in its place. No signs of augments can be seen that glamour away the changed body parts; perhaps she was not able to find or afford them. Regularly wearing denim pants and a sturdy, clasped belt, she wears a variety of different shirts, favoring colors from green, oranges or something darker, and usually carries a pack or two for emergency tools and spare parts.

History:

Taiga grew up under the iron grip of two very commanding and controlling parents. While at first it didn't cause many issues, as an innocent child just doing her best to have fun and grow, the older she became -- and the more angsty, approaching teenage years -- the more she began to strike out in rebellious acts. An intellectual girl, she ended up taking on the role of technician and electrician, finding she liked the risk and different experiences that came from maintaining and connecting power to the city. It was also fairly lucrative, as it was one of the few more stable jobs that could be occupied, provided one did not injure themselves too badly on the job. But, growing up, she had also made a few friends that stayed in contact with her from her school days, and she frequently goes out at night to enjoy illegal races, gambling, and other activities that she had started just to annoy her parents... and discovered that she loved. Recently, with the Nera infusion, she has become notably distressed as it is a lot harder to do her work with claws instead of more delicate fingers, and the stress is starting to get to her as she becomes more and more reckless in an attempt to stave off the growing anxiety, stress and discomfort from both her job, her overbearing parents, and the eerie clouds of Nothing encroaching on the dying, collapsing city.
