History: Armel had always had a keen interest in metal smithing from a young age. He was the sort who grew up admiring stories of knights in shining armor and big, powerful swords. Naturally, as he grew older, he came to terms with the fact that it isn't the middle ages anymore, but that didn't mean he couldn't get involved in working with metal. It went to a vocational school to learn how to weld and work with intricate technology. He's always had a soft spot for metal scraps and leftovers that no one else wanted, and that has bled into its taste in Pokemon as well.

It perma-fused during an accident at his workplace where his core was damaged quite badly. His body has created hardened scales that have partially fused with his core, making it incredibly difficult to fix, which has put him in a bind with his work due to his damaged status. In spite of this, it puts on a friendly face and does its best to avoid trouble, wanting nothing more than to keep doing what it loves even after what happened... though, he's more cautious than ever these days.
