History:

Born and raised in Grovehart, Dain had a relatively uneventuful childhood compared to most. He got his first pokemon as just a little thing, a baby Wooloo from his families farm outside of Grovehart, and bonded to it despite the derpy nature of the pokemon. He grew into a serious young man, such a counter to the rolling mass of wool at his side, with a sharp wit and an even sharper tongue. Both would get him into a great deal of trouble, and he was forced to leave home for [REDACTED], landing himself in the Brookfell underbelly.

He only survived because of his willingness to partner with those at the top of the food chain - no matter the cost. He felt indifferent to the struggles or tragedy befalling those around him, which made him a perfect candidate for recruitment. His savvy charm and silver tongue could be put to good use, and he didn't have to live under one of the many bridges crossing the mines in Brookfell, a win-win. No ambition to climb the ranks, Dain prefers his current station in life, and has no problems with luring innocent strangers into peril for his employer.

He acquired his nera on a trip home to Grovehart, to visit his parents. They still own the wooloo ranch outside of the city, though it is much more dangerous and precariously kept these days. In hindsight, his fusing with a Dubwool nera is not all that surprising, and he's not affected overly much.
