History: A rather sickly man who keeps out of the public eye, Isaiah is a quiet indiviual who finds gerat joy in manipulating the world around him. From the shadows he runs an empire collecting information and participating in illegal deeds with little to no regard to human life. Everything is viewed as nothing more than a game with the people he come across being only pawns- however he can only do so from the shadows.
Isaiah's health rapidly declines at a moments notice, and when others meet him he is all in all rather unassuming. If people realized he was the one who was running everything and came after him he wouldn't be able to defend himself, so he does everything in his power to keep his identity hidden.
What your Character might know:
Not a lot! He is found occasionally out and about in brookfell, often times sitting at the edges of a gorge looking out at it while eating a berry but he isn't keen on interaction. Many times when poken to he ends up having to leave mid conversation to go back home and rest, taken home by his pokemon.
