History: A young spunky guy fresh out of academy, he never got to fully fufill his rebellious tendencies until he was sent to work for the law by his parents, hopeful he'd make something of himself after passing with flying colors. After shortly thereafter fusing with a linoone, it removed the last bit of impulse control he had and was promptly placed on the "K9 UNIT" of an indepedant local law station. This unit specialices in using various fused humans to help do more then normal ones can, and Seth would be valued if he wasn't so chaotic.

With a tendecy to bite and hold on, body slam people and chase anyone he focuses on, he generally requires a special attachment to his collar suppressor to hold him back with and some form of muzzle to prevent lawsuits.

When he isnt being a menace to the criminals of Brookfell, he likes to sing, play guitar and upload videos to the reigns equivalent of youtube where he has a decent amount of followers under the online "pokesona" guise of an alolan meowth and the name "Rattle Pulse", something younger him thought sounded extremely cool, but has kept for the sake of stability. He likes to cook, and loves sweets and coffee even if caffeine makes him a whole problem to society.

His starter was found as an impidimp browsing through some dumpsters in his home town of Rivertide and was promptly offered snacks in exchange for it's friendship at the age of 6 by Seth, which obviously worked since the now fused grimmsnarl is loyally by his side all these days later.

What your character may know: If your character frequents Brookfell, they may see this neon colored menace sprinting through the streets, sometimes on all fours chasing down small time criminals for arrest. Usually for petty theft, robberies, assault cases and more, and sometimes even worst situations. If your character frequents Brookfell's cafes, they may see him in there heavily counting his coins and debating on what snack to buy next.

If your character is a petty criminal in brookfell, he might have bit them once he gets his muzzle off.
