History: At a very early age, Oer was adopted by his current family in Rivertide and grew up side by side with Umi, who he considers his twin, as well as his older sister, Kari.

He loves battling and doesn't care much whether it's his pokemon doing the fighting or himself. He takes everything he does head on and with full confidence even when he really really probably definitely shouldn't be. He's also very dramatic and prone to going into fits of acting like a chuunibyou.

Oer loves going around and causing trouble, especially after Umi's boyfriend introduced Umi and him to Brookfell. They now commit petty crime which is the only time Oer wears a suppressor, kinda pretending to be a Sawsbuck infused nera but not really.

When they're not doing that or other exploration stuff, Oer works in Umi's boyfriend's shop in Rivertide.
