History:

Born in Rivertide, Miles was a rambunctious and spunky child. Always getting into trouble with his little partner Mario, the two were often blamed for trouble even if they were nowhere near where it occured. As they got older they mellowed out, but still got into mischief when they could. Best of friends, the two are inseparable, and Miles doesn't even put the Azumaril in a ball these days if he can help it - preferring to carry his friend in a pokemon carrier on his back instead.

When the Nera outbreak occured the two of them both fused unexpectedly. Miles with a passing scorbunny, and Mario with a small poliwag. Though their elements were opposing now, the two took it in stride and didn't let it bring them down. Even quicker on his feet than before, Miles now makes deliveries into dangerous regions due to how quick and crafty he is. Important medicine, desirable tech, or even just groceries for an old couple cut off from the big cities are a few examples of the kinds of things he'll run for customers, and he's happy to do it.
