History: Growing up in a politician household given everything in the world he could have wanted, it was no surprise to anyone that Celeste was as extravagant as he was. When inheriting his families name, fortune and properties at 16 he might have been sheltered and spoiled, but he knew his way around a conversation and quickly became affiliated with Isaiah and his people. He's a social event butterfly, constantly hosting parties and events and talking circles around anyone who falls into his charming trap. He grew to become more respected then his parent's ever had been and is fairly renown now for having his own boutique where he designs all of his own clothing as well as a small flower shop nearby.

Personality: Bubbly, talkative and confident. He loves to talk his way around people and learn as much as he can while maintaining good graces with as many people as possible. Chances are if you walk into his shop he'll be inspired by you and try to get you to model for him, but he respects people's boundaries to a T once they're established.
He can also cut hair and style it as well as does make up pretty well.
