History: Cerise's family was originally from Hoenn, and moved to Reign's Rest when Cerise was 1. They quickly became friends with the family with twin boys, and Cerise grew up as 'one of the boys', and they eventually drew another Rivertide child into the fold when she was old enough to play outside with them. Due to close proximity and almost all her time spent with Max and Million, Cerise developed a love and interest in canine Pokemon, and was especially drawn to Zorua in particular. Her parents - mother in particular - were into showing Pokemon, whether in contests or 'best in show', and that love spread to Cerise.

Due to Zorua being her favorite Pokemon, her parents got her a pedigree Zorua from Max and Million's parents as a gift on her 10th birthday, and let her name the Pokemon in the style of a Show Pokemon - a unique name that only her starter had in the Show registries. Lady Lulubelle Jujube was the end result, with Lulu being her common name. As she got older, though, her main interest as she hit adolescence and then adulthood was in rescuing and rehabilitation of canine Pokemon. Zorua in particular were something she kept ending up with, as some couldn't handle their quirks. She opened a small facility that acted like a specialized shelter and training center, and it only got busier after the Nothing rolled in and Pokemon fusions blended natures into something some people could no longer handle. She works with one of the twins on Pokemon behavior, and the two have their hands full.
