Appearance:
Rilee has pink hair with blue highlights that reaches to his shoulders in the front and is more short-cut in the back. He tends to wear eccentric clothes that show a lot of skin and bright pastel colors. He has large baby blue eyes and a series of facial (and body piercings) that can be drawn or written interchangeably.

His body is lean and slender, with a feminine build that includes soft thighs and an androgynously curved chest. He is exceptionally tall and towers over most men and mostly made up of his long hooved legs. As another aspect of his fusion, he also has a gorgeous flowing tail.

His voice is unusually high for a male, but tends to drop the sweet voice when he’s infuriated. He smells just subtly sweet from a soft, strawberry perfume.

Personality:
He’s very vain about his personal looks, always keeping his nails perfectly manicured and wearing high-fashion brands and clothing. He’s dramatic with his gesturing and speech, managing to be both loud and to take up a considerable amount of space in the room–he wouldn’t have it any other way than being in the spotlight.

“Wait… You want me to pay? But I’m beautiful?!?”

He’s quite spoiled, and not only likes to be treated to dinner, makeovers, and shopping, but outright expects it. When he is told no he pouts ferociously, crossing his arms defiantly at the person who denied him. In his relationships he can be quite clingy and jealous, requiring no less than that person’s full and undivided attention–and endless, serving devotion.

History:

He was originally raised by his father, the steel/rock type gym leader, with the eventual goal of him overtaking his job. He struggled through hard work in the mines, drab muted colors, and dusty environments until his late-teenage years. Until he couldn't take it anymore and broke down--changing his name from Riley to Rilee and embracing his inner colors and diva.

The appearance of Nera orbs was a huge inspiration: "As soon as I heard about them, I knew I had to have them right away." And lead to him fusing permanently with a galarian ponyta. As a result of his strict upbringing, he sees Purebred Pokemon as especially ugly and boring--instead seeking out "cute" fused, delta, and shiny Pokemon to add to his collection. Though Rilee's father has tried to make some attempts to reconnect, the two remain in a distanced relationship.
