Physical Description:
A tall and thin man with long dark red hair he has an appearance that would grab anyone's attention. You'd think at first that it might be his hair that catches attention as it's long enough to drag along the ground, It is infact his eyes that tend to garner more attention. Cica wears contacts to change the color of his eyes into something more strange and unnatural. Giving himself dark sclera's and eyes that are a mixture of red and gold with a cross for a pupil. Underneath the contacts his iris is a pale gold that doesn't seem to have a pupil in them. That on it's own would be a unique sight but the contacts bring more attention to them to make them more bizzare a sight which is further accentuated by a nictitating membrane.
Scales addorn his honey-toned skin and are accentuated by a number of tattoo's across his body. The most noticeably being a large near black tattoo that nearly completely covers his neck, being broken up by an intricate filligree of his original skin tone.
He wears a wide array of different clothes, from loose eccentric clothing that are covered in gold to much sillier clothing that are themed off of pokemon. His favorite being anything that is Murkrow or Rattata themed but he will wear most anything. Due to a long persian tail that he now gets to show off he often finds himself wearing baggier clothes so that he can hide his tail by curling it down one of his legs.
History:
Cica grew up extremely sheltered in a home that was over protective and untrusting of the rest of the region or technology. Kept inside for the most part it wasn't until the nera outbreak and the arrival of the fog that he finally experienced the world on his own and went to get a system so he could properly interact with it.
He didn't have much but he managed to find a part time job as a hairdresser in Rivertide where he got to listen to all sorts of stories and gossip. He had always been interested in the stories of others and as the years passed that interest only grew and he began to actively collect the different stories he'd heard into small novels and books. Wether or not he will ever publish them is hard to say, but he will happily share his array of tales with others.
