History:
Vaughn grew up in the "richer" upper ring of Lower Brookfell, which is to say he was Slightly Less Poor than those just down the street. He went to a rough public highschool there, barely graduating before moving to Upper Brookfell. He lived on the streets for a short time, sometimes squatting in old buildings and avoiding the cops, picking up odd jobs wherever he could. Eventually he met a girl and moved in with her, and he now is able to get regular gigs singing at local bars.
