History: Flash was born and raised in the cold streets of Wintervale with their seven siblings. Flash was always a good kid, never getting into trouble, but never being exceptional at anything either. Because of this they were often forgotten by their parents, in favour of coddling their louder siblings. As soon as Flash hit 16 they grabbed their few wordly possessions and hit the streets in an attempt to find themselves, moving from one odd job to another to make ends meet. Eventually they found themselves a home with a group of other misfits, the aptly named Mexceptions, who pride themselves in their cybernetic crafts.
