History:
Born as an Orphan in WinterVale, Cedric found work with a crime family who took care of him and raised him like one of their own. It was one of the greatest joys in his life, but at some point within the family things began to be strange. Co-workers he's worked with for years were eyeing him with suspicion, and meetings that he used to be privy to were held off limits until eventually he found himself accused of a whole myriad of crimes. Crimes against the family that had cost them dearly. Crimes he had never committed. Framed for things he didn't do he was in danger of being killed but managed to escape before his life was taken and ran away.

His face was maimed and his fingers missing from the incident with a bounty on his head as he ran to Rivertide where he quickly went into hiding. He dropped the suits he used to wear to instead go for oversized baggy clothes, living in the gutters where he would be easily overlooked. It was while he was here, recovering from his wounds that he was found by Leon (T-201) and brought to work for him instead. Something which he did gladly as not only did he pay better, but the employee benefits were far superior to those in WinterVale.

Only problem was, he developed an intense gambling addiction by the time Leon found him so while he was paid plenty, he never tended to keep enough to get himself off of the streets permanently.
