History:
Born and raised in Brookfell Bennet grew up isolated from his family. They relished in the chaos and crime, working hand in hand with the underworld for their own gain while Bennet was among the common folk who weren't able to properly defend himself. He grew up wanting to try and make the city a little bit safer and in doing so he joined the police force, but he was never in a position strong enough to be able to help handle the rampant corruption within the police force of Brookfell. The Mafia's reigned control in the city and that included the police.

At a certain point Bennet's methods changed, if there was no way to obtain peace in the city through conversation and politics, then perhaps he could burn away the corruption. Literally. He might get some blood and ash on his hands, but if it makes things even the slightest bit safer for the majority then he does not hesitate.
