History:
Born and raised in Rivertide Milo always had a harder time fitting in. He was rather sickly as a child and there were many instances where he became the butt of jokes and was beat down into the ground by his peers. He was small, weak, fragile, and very timid when he made one of his first friends- A Squecho. He bonded to the small pokemon and eventually learned more about that particular evolution line. He was enamored with the way that they would start off so fragile but grow into something strong and protective. It was a sentiment that he tried to mimic.

From then on Milo spent his whole life trying to be a hero- turning into a vigilante however he never fully was able to suit the job. While his intentions were always the best he was very trusting and more times than not the criminals he went to stop could talk him into helping them finish whatever task they were doing. Whether this was to help them finish carrying things out of a house they were robbing or delivering illegal supplies somewhere- if they made it seem like a non suspicious task he would do so! The entire time Milo fully believed he was doing a good thing and merely helping some people in need out. No one has yet to break the news to him that he has engaged in illegal conduct.

Just like how no one has broke the news to him that the website he bought his Glido Nera from was also incredibly, incredibly illegal.
