History:

Rey, as far as he can tell, grew up in Brookfell, raised since very young by foster parents who took care of him as good as they could even if they could barely take care of themselves.

He got older slanky, impulsive, and with constant mood swings that eventually cost him both of his legs due to him sticking his nose where he shouldn't have when he was like 16 years old. He learned from that and started behaving a little bit more cautious, even though his personality remained as impulsive as it originally was (he just.. thinks things through before making his impulsive choices).

A fan of tinkering with his own legs and fixing older equipments for others, not much of a fan of the social interactions themselves. He got a liking for scavenging and exploring for new pieces of technology to tinker with.

While going on his usual expeditions, he befriended his current partner pokémon.
