Haku hadn’t gotten to go out much during the past few weeks, there was fighting among the streets and almost anyone one turned it was dangerous to move, while he didn’t mind to be inside with his pokemon, that didn’t say much for his wallet, especially when there was nothing else to do but watch television and get take out. With a huff of his own, he walked through some of the house, and looked at his clothes that were spewn about his room, poketoys that were flung across the floor. Even some of his dishes hadn’t been done yet. His place looked rather messy, he groaned when he fell against the couch, a hand over his face to hide his eyes as he grumbled under his breath.

“Can’t believe it got this bad.”

There was a sound that caught his attention, and slowly he rose his head to see Vespa with some clothes in her segmented arms, blue eyes looking at him almost expectantly. While Haku had gotten a bit lazy, he knew that he needed to do things and he couldn’t let himself get more lazy than he already was! As if the look from Vespa was enough to tell him what she wanted, Haku got up off the couch quickly, moving a hand behind his head to rub along his medium length hair. A bit of a flush appeared on his face, but he nodded at her regardless.

“Arlight, we’ll get to cleaning up the house as much as we can today. I may not get all of it done, but perhaps I can get some of the things taken care of.”

Vespa seemed to buzz in agreement with him, and maneuvered around his house a bit, gathering up what clothes she could and placing them into a basket. She couldn’t hold a lot in her arms, but that didn’t stop her from helping at all. While Vespa worked on that, Kazame and Sorbet helped gather up a few of the boxes and containers, working together to place them into the trash when they would come to it. Haku was glad for their help, his three pokemon were great assets to him, his other ones were as well, and when he approached the sink, the pokemon that is usually always out of her pokeball was waiting on him.
“Temaki, what are you doing? You’re not going to play in the sink you know!”

She seemed to narrow her gaze, and pointed one of her flipper-like arms toward the dishes. She wanted to help wash them, and Haku didn’t know how much help she’d be, but he couldn't say no to his best friend. So he allowed her to pretend to help by using a light pressured water gun on the plates to rinse them off once he got them washed and placed to be dried. Either way, they were making steady progress. getting everything together and ready to go. He turned to look back into the room, seeing that most of the boxes and plastic containers were now placed in the recycle part of his trash can.

The clothes that Vespa had gathered were gone and he could hear his washer running since she just had to press a button and it would start the process immediately. Vespa walked into the room with the plates that were being placed to dry, and looked at Haku, a questioning look on her face as Haku turned to look at her finally.

“You’re done Vespa, thanks for the help, you, Kazame, and Sorbet can all take a break.” He turned to look at Temaki next. “Once we get these last few plates washed, you can take a break as well.”

Temaki’s gaze narrowed at him, but Haku just put it to the side for the moment, they were down to their last few dishes and without the pokemons’ help it would have been quite a few hours worth of work. While he placed the last pates up to soak, he grabbed Temaki and placed her on his shoulder, walking toward the couch in the living room. There was more that he could do, such as sweeping and vacuuming, or he could run the little automated vacuum cleaner. For now, he would take a break and rest up from his duties.

“Time for a break before we do anything else. Though while I may take a nap on the couch,” he muttered, grabbing the remote for the automated vacuum and he clicked the button to turn it on, and tell it to run so it could sweep while he was taking a nap. “Come on guys, rest time for an hour at least.”
