Alley cat

One of the litwick fusions from the Groudon incident has somehow made it to the winter city in the sky. And it looks like there was a reason for it, for a certain white-haired author saw it prowling the streets near its home, and then started to feed it.  So it was almost kind of the pokemon who picked the trainer, and not the other way around.
