Draw or write about your trainer interacting with Nera in some way. They can be investigating it, trying to keep it away from themselves or their pokemon, or actively chasing after it. The possibilities are endless! This must take place in your characters home city, or one of the wild areas associated with that city.

Sometimes the mountains felt suffocating. They rose up on all sides, blocking out the world beyond and looming in a manner that could make one feel small and insignificant. Isaiah never liked it. He was laying on one of the bridges that filled the city of Brookfell, watching the clouds float by while his pokemon giggled and laughed and played. They had found a small ball that a child must have forgotten about and was throwing it up high into the air before catching it again. Occasionally they would bring it to Isaiah to throw, but they knew his throws wouldn't be able to go far. In the past he did try once or twice to genuinely throw it but the result had been so sad that they never tried again. Things were different though right now, they were on a bridge.
When the small round ball was brought to him by Twiggy he would take it in his hands and stretch out. Letting it slip down off of the edge of the bridge to start falling down into the abyss below. Twiggy seemed thrilled by this and the giggling little ghostly fusion quickly dived down after it. To toss a ball this way didn't require energy or effort, and was something that his trainer could do without any complications- it was the far superior way.
Isaiah was gently smiling at the sight of it before he would turn his head back up towards the mountains range. He had never been outside of Brookfell before, his business would span far beyond but he himself never had and with the ever growing fog, it seemed like he never would be able to. His thoughts however came to a pause as he heard some small sputtering sounds coming from his pokemon. It wasn't the type of sound that something was wrong, rather that something interesting had been found and he turned his head to look down once more to see what might have interested the fusion. What he saw made his heart drop.
A little Nera was floating below them, a ghost one from the looks of it and it was floating towards Twiggy with the ball in hand. It was what looked to be a ghost type- which theoretically shouldn't affect Twiggy too badly if they merged as the pokemon already was a ghost type but still the sight of them made his blood run cold. "Twigs!" He shouted down at the pokemon. It was as loud as he could manage and he was quickly trying to push himself up, stumbling as he did so. "Twigs! Come here, that thing isn't there for you to play with!" There was a certain desperation in his voice as he said this and all the sudden movement put a strain on the man.
A small coughing fit quickly overtook his body and while the shouts alone had been enough to catch the fusions attention- the coughing fits worried them enough to where they would forget about the Nera. It wasn't all that interesting after all, he was much more concerned for the health of his handler than he ever would be about the funny looking Nera. Quickly he floated up towards them, lacking both the ball that they had been playing with and the Nera as he would come to try and give his trainer a hug. He was back now, so it was okay. They didn't need to get worked up!
With them close by Isaiah quickly reached forward and were to hug them and pull them close. The last time that Twiggy had interacted with a Nera personally still haunted him, and he knew for a fact that it still haunted the little Phantump fusion. Phantumps didn't often have a clear memory of their life before they possessed the tree stump, that wasn't how they worked- Yamasks however remembered everything.
When the Yamask's Nera had merged in with Twiggy they had began to remember all their memories- the pain and lonliness of being lost in the woods and the slow pain of their demise that would follow after. The happy little Phantump that was Twiggy had never been the same after that, and it had instilled a deep distrust of the Nera's within Isaiah.
He held Twiggy close to his chest while staring down at the ghost Nera, it looked to be almost confused in what just happened. It's little ghost form was hovering in the air with the little ball before it would gradually start to float up towards where Isaiah and Twiggy were and Isaiah's eyes narrowed at it. He didn't exactly have the ability for the moment to run away. The adrenaline that was running in his veins while supposed to be able to make one push their physical limits made him feel weak.
"Listen, you can keep the ball. But just go elsewhere please." Isaiah requested quietly towards the Nera. He wouldn't let that thing touch him, and he wouldn't let it touch Twiggy either. He hoped it would just leave but the ghost thing would simply keep staring in their direction. Some looked at them and thought they were cute, but honestly at this point they were simply freaky to Isaiah. Everything about the Nera felt freaky and unnatural. Perhaps one might think then that the pokemon who had been fused with them would also give off that freaky feeling, but for the Vileplume fused trainer he would simply feel pity. To anything these things touched he only would feel pity.
The Nera thankfully however didn't seem intent on bothering them much more. The ball that Twiggy had been playing with earlier was dropped at their feet, rolling across the bridge to hit Isaiah's feet before it would turn and start to float elsewhere. Disappearing from sight and with a small breath of relief Isaiah were to sit down. He hated those things... he hated them so very much.
Quietly he looked down to Twiggy and were to pet at the ghostly smoke that rose from the head of his fusion. "We don't want to go near those things again, alright Twigs? If you see one just pretend it isn't there and go elsewhere."
