Razyr Costa, pokeball maker and shop owner, is used to the chaos of living in Rivertide after the Nera outbreak. His shop is often the victim of random surges of activity during prime nap hours, and he's learned to just roll with it. Luckily for him, his pokemon Delilah is more than happy to watch over the shop if he feels the need to doze a little.
