A Mimichu?

Excitement was pumping through his veins. He felt he perhaps was in the wrong for the adrenaline and thrill he was experiencing but, really, how could he not? Something this exciting hasn't happened in what felt like ages to him and this time he wasn't automatically scooped up and away by others. Noir in particular, a figure who had practically adopted him when he was a child would never have let him be out here on his own. Sure he would always have been able to look at the pokemon if he asked, but to be out here unsupervised? Not a chance in hell. Now a days however, he could and he took full advantage of it. 

 

Three was with him for the time being, Honey upon their back clinging to the wooden 'ears' the mimikyu dragonair had as it carried him through the caverns of brookfell. He had been in one of the more upscale sides of this broken city,  but they had the best defenses against the shadow pokemon. If he wanted to find one he would have to go elsewhere, but where? Excitement coursed through his veins as the city passed by and they went towards the lesser districts. The fog had begun rolling into those area's despite how it wasn't night quite yet and soon the purple mist was curling in around his feet. 

 

It wasn't overwhelming yet and beneath him he heard a small trill from Three. Was there one of the pokemon close by? Gods oh he hoped so. He could hear the screams of other people in the distance, the sound of pokemon battling away- he wasn't entirely sure if he would want to battle himself but he most definitely wanted to watch it happen. It was a perfect opportunity to see what others are capable of but to simply watch seemed to be something that wasn't possible for the day. 

 

The slithering movement of his plush-like pokemon came to an end and he felt a lot growl rumble through their body, making Honey turn his head to look forward and a small figure was sliding its way forward out of the mist. A figure that made his eyes glow in delight. _A mimikyu._ Or, at least a shadow-pokemon which resembled one. They weren't a perfect copy of one, most mimikyu's would make their costume from a simple rag and didn't end up having any arms due to it but this one did have arms and its mouth glowed in an unusual display.

 

Honey had seen these shadow pokemon before and that glow from the mouth? It would never come from there if that was a real Mimikyu. What was it that you were mixed with.. A real pikachu perhaps? The arms looked like a pikachu, that was seeming like it was the most likely fusion. A thought which was rather funny in his mind. A mimikyu who always would mimic the beloved pikachu being merged in with that very pokemon? How hilarious was that? He let out a small laugh while three's growl grew worse. 

 

Sure, honey would have found it funny but Three was finding it less funny as they were the one who had to deal with them. Slowly they raised themselves up higher, causing their trainer to slip down along their back. The young man slid all the way down to the ground where they would hop off only to have Three curl themselves up around them and let out another low hiss in the direction of the Mimichu.

 

It stared at them blankly, it's eyes unblinking and the purple smoke falling down from it in an endless stream. Eventually sparks began to fly around it and it waddled its way forward. It's head bobbed unnaturally with every step and every movement as it came running forward and three's hiss grew worse. A darkness seemed to wrap around his pokemon as it's anger began to spike. It didn't like anyone coming close to honey with ill intentions and while it half accepted the tackling of Seth- it wouldn't accept this pokemon here. No. This pokemon here was not allowed near his trainer and soon the fabric on his face began to rip itsself open. 

 

Three's mouth opened wide in a distorted snarl and the darkness around it circled more wildly. It was a ghost type to its bone and hoped to bring this shadow pokemon back into the dark. That was the only place a being such as this belonged.
