A Charitten!

Ahhhh this wasn't good. No, this was distinctly very bad actually. Salami would feel his skin crawling as he stared out the window of the cafe. The fog wasn't usually in this area, and the pokemon that lurked within it were never out in the open. Yet, as he looked out the window he could see them crawling forward. Their dull blank eyes snapped in the direction of anything that made a sound- and Salami was being very careful not to make a sound. This was not the place he wanted to be and he could feel himself itching to try and move. To try and run- to do antyhing and get out of here to get back home to Klaus.

Technically his shift was still ongoing, it wouldn't be over for another hour which meant he shouldn't leave the cafe unattended but as he looked out the window he felt his concern growing. Was Klaus out there? Would they be okay on their own. His fingers tapped nervously on a countertop before he stopped himself, being weary of making any noise. Those pokemon could easily break through the glass, and they would in a heartbeat if they realized that someone was in here. He was thankful at least that when the outbreak happened no one else was in the cafe, if anyone else was in here then the likelyhood of those things getting in would have skyrocketed. Other people were always far too unpredictable for situations like this, that's why it was always better to be alone on their own.

Unless you were Klaus, in which case he doubted they had enough sense to stay quiet and to themselves while in danger.  Salami sighed at the thought of that and were to push some of his hair out of his eyes to get a clearer look out the window. More times than now he had his bangs covering his eyes and blurring his vision but just for a moment he moved them out of the way to peer outside more clearly and as he did so his eyes made contact with the pale yellow glare of a pokemon. "...." Salami went deathly still, hoping they didn't see him. But it's eyes looked him up, and down, and a moment later? It came barreling at the door.

"...Fuck." Salami whispered as he heard the glass shatter. The pokemon who arrived thankfully wasn't big- but the sound of crashing windows was sure to attract something bigger. Quickly his eyes looked over it, at the very least it was one that wasn't too hard for him to handle. It looked to be perhaps, a litten? One mixed in with a charmander perhaps- that was the best that Salami could come up with and that would mean it was almost a pure fire type. His hands went to his side and a pokeball was sent forward- fire types were always what he was best against.

A small trill sounded in the air as a golddeon was brought out of it's pokeball. A bubble of water was quick to surround the fishy pokemon as it floated in the air. Swirling in the center and at first its trill was happy- it was excited to be here and then it went down. Lowering to stare down at the little charitten where it gave another small Trill. Kevin, the goldeen finneon fusion was always friendly to anyone they came across. And such a fact made Salami hiss at them momentarily. "Don't play nice with it right now Kevin." He growled and the pokemon stopped in it's cheerful greetings to now just stare at the shadow pokemon.

The fire type hadn't moved after coming in the cafe, merely staring and watching with eyes that creeped Salami out to no end before its lips curled up and with a loud cry flames rose into existence infront of it. Shadow pokemon were aggressive, as far as Salami was concerned they were aggressive and better of being rid of whenever they were seen and this one was proving no different. A ball of fire shot towards Kevin, hitting their bubble and filling the whole cafe with steam. It was just as aggressive as the rest, and for that reason Salami wanted to put it out of it's misery. Who really knew if it was miserable or not- one couldn't say for certain but at the very least it shouldn't be something that exists and Kevin was perfect to get the job done. Understanding that this scenario was not one to meet a new friend Kevin turned to focus more intently on the other pokemon.
