Slash's resting face looks angry to Roo. She often wonders how one pokemon can be so upset all the time-- especially when they spend every free moment sleeping! In attempts to improve Slash's mood, she surrounds him in flowers as he sleeps, hoping that the bright colors and fresh smells will greet him kindly when he wakes. Roo never sees a difference, but continues her strange ritual nonetheless. 

Slash is often confused when he wakes, but can't complain about the tasty breakfast in bed.
