When Viggo was leaving Rivertide to move on to bigger and better things he met one of his lifelong Pokemon partners, Sylvie!
She started off as an incredibly stubborn little Snivy who didn't want to admit she was all alone in the Frozen Forest and was actually incredibly lonely. Watt was not remotely helpful, teasing Sylvie and only infuriating her whilst Viggo had to try and negotiate between them. Eventually, she agreed to join him on his travels.
