Through the Marsh

There is an urgent message from Blackthorn, he is reaching out to all Trainers who have helped him with Guardian matters in the past. 

“Thank you for your continued support in helping our region. I will get straight to the point- there have been numerous reports of humans exhibiting legendary features, I have been doing research of my own and come to learn that these sightings line up exactly with what we know of the Legendary Guardians. 

A lot of you are not from this region so for your benefit, There was a story of a guardian…or well, three that worked as one. Three small Legendary Pokemon that I believe would be beneficial in helping cleanse the Nothing and get rid of the fog. The only issue is that they are currently out of our reach…in the fog.
Thunderdale has its issues and the storm continues to rage but for the most part, they are safe. We have still not been able to contact the last two cities and we should prioritize that so we can at least set up a resource route to keep them going. There is only so much I alone can do so I ask you who are willing to aid me.”

Pokemon professors have a lot of sway in the region they reside in, they are responsible for Pokemon research, giving Trainers their first Pokemon, Pokedex access, and have a lot of input when it comes to political matters. Pokemon Professor isn’t just a title, it's an entire profession that allows Blackthorn great control at the sacrifice of his time permanently. 
Blackthorn naturally wants an end to the fog but he remains neutral in the fight between Cynic and Ethos, He works separately to their motives and has a shiny badge for those who help him regardless of where you align.

Silent storm

From one storm to another, you leave behind Thunderdale and join the team heading forward to another lost location. You are on your way to Murkhaven, This city was never one of the ‘prime holiday’ locations and it wasn’t very friendly to outsiders but its people still deserve saving. From what we know of the city before it was lost its people tended to reject technological advancement and leaned more towards traditional methods….this does not give us hope for what we might find but Thunderdale did express that they had contact with the city longer than we did.

– Draw or Write about your Trainer making their way through a thick swamp. The environment is very washed out due to fog damage and the swamp water almost feels like thick tar. Do they try and navigate on foot? In a car or hover-vehicle?

As people set up light beacons and attempt to traverse through the untamed wildlife to reach Murkhaven, you realize you’re being watched…A set of eyes follows your movements but you don’t feel scared. It’s almost like it calls to you and you follow. Through dead branches and mangrove roots, you find what looks to be a Dewgong. It seems to struggle in the thickened sludge the swamp has become but it can still move, After giving you a soft ‘woo’ it beacons you to follow….Is it leading you through? Looks like you should follow it. 

– Draw or write about your Trainer’s interaction with the Dewgong leading you through the swamp, It helps attack aggressive Pokemon and waits for you to catch up but it still keeps its distance.
