"This dark fog has branched over the roads the past two weeks and has destroyed communication devices between the cities. We don't know how this thick mist is able to cause such devastation in its wake but we need to get things back up and running to keep it at bay.
I have sent out blueprints on my Starlutions containing new beacons. These plans are custom made to use resources available in your city as travel is...unsafe. I need your help to repair the original Signal Tower Beacon outside of your city and set up some new lamps. "

Each Tower Beacon is located outside of the cites collecting and transmitting signals too and from one another to keep the region-wide communication network running. The new Lamps have been designed to retain power throughout the day and give a wider, stronger light at night.
